Wine Sauce

Recipe file created November 6, 1999.
Simmer chicken in it, or just pour it over some pasta. Don't add extra wine -- the flavour will be too strong.

Put into a saucepan and cook until shallots are transparent. Add. Cook one minute. Cook until done.

Try adding some chopped, fried bacon to the sauce. Very tasty.


If you are using this as a simmering sauce, add another 1/2 cup of milk.
