Fast and easy to make, and delightfully crunchy!

Ingredients

Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in the top of a double boiler. DO NOT allow water to boil. Just keep it hot. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let sit until set.

NOTE:

If the double boiler boils, steam may escape and get into the chocolate. One teaspoon of water can spoil a whole pound of chocolate.

Try this with different combinations of chips -- white chocolate and peanut butter chips; chocolate and peanut butter chips; butterscotch chips only; etc. Our favourite nuts are almonds, cashews or filberts.
