Creamy Chicken

Deanne writes: Here's one of my favorite chicken recipes. Thought you might like to try it.


In large deep pan, brown chicken until partially cooked. In bowl mix remaining ingredients including some juice from the mushrooms. Do not make sauce too runny. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes or until done. Serve over rice or pasta.


Use a large carton of half and half (also called coffee cream or light cream) for a lot of chicken, or a small carton for a smaller quantity of chicken.
