Cheese Pastry

Try this with with your Cheese Cake.

Ingredients

Cream the cheese and butter together. Add sugar and mix well. Stir in flour, mixing well. Fill with your favourite recipe.

NOTE:

Leftover pastry? Roll it out and cut in circles. Put a little jelly in the center, fold over and seal. Bake 375 F for 10 to 12 minutes, until pastry starts to brown. Or, butter the circles and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on them before baking.
