Apple Scotch Crisp

Dianne Killman's recipe. My sister makes this all the time.

Ingredients

Topping Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well and pour into a baking dish. Combine topping ingredients. Mix well until crumbly. Spread over apple mixture. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

NOTE:

Try adding the butterscotch pudding mix to the apples instead of the topping.
